Welcome to my blog.
It's pretty straightforward. I want to talk about love. Spiritual love, physical love, emotional love, parental love and every other kind that awakens our hearts. We are trained to live in our heads and it is not serving us well. Minds make a mess of things while our hearts know the truth. This is my jam. This duplicity and its impact on the world and our lives is what I write about.
We all want love, yet many of us sabotage it. Why? Why can't we just love? Why are we so easily seduced by other things? I would argue that it comes down to an unhealthy reliance on thinking and not enough feeling. Minds can justify anything. Hearts not so much.
I hope you'll join me on my journey sorting through what's real and what's fake, what's healthy and what's not and what love looks like, sounds like and feels like in its truest sense of our being.
